Did you fit the Bi-xenons or Low beam only ones???
The Pug has a dual bulb Hi & Low beam so the HIDs you should have fitted are the Bi-xenons

You will have to change the whole lot mate unfortunatly
These are the ones you want
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/BI-XENON-HID-CONVERSION-KIT-H4-H13-9004-9007-Hi-Lo_W0QQitemZ130172323293QQihZ003QQcategoryZ72235QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
BI-XENONS (Hi/Low beam) very good price as well and they come with a 2 yr warranty
Dont be put off cause there cheap, my set only cost £46 including delivery and there just as good as the dear set I bought for my old gti which cost me £110
