i've bought a set of coilovers off someone on here 4 weeks ago. paid for them the same day. the lad told me that as soon as the money had cleared he would post them. With using paypal before i kno that it does not take any longer than 7 days for this to happen. on the 31st of october i got a message off him sayin he would post them the next day. i have sent him numerous messages asking whether they had been posted yet as i still haven't recieved them. just wondering if there is anything anyone on here can do before i look else where to get a refund

is it not the the trading rules that you should have as much contact information that you can, before you start trading

tried getting a number off him but he wouldn't giv it out, have got an msn address etc
