I got a 1.0 12v corsa. Mine is pretty quick off of the mark, hit 30mph and it's all downhill from there

Visually they are pretty much look-a-like... and it would be much more interesting on a Corsa B!

spend a extra few hundred and get a gsi or a sport.. you will regret buying a 1ltr i promise you
