my 1999 corsa B engine has started to cut out when i dont rev the engine and its starting to annoy me! it only seems to happen tho when the engine is warm i.e. 10 mins into a journey! does any one know why? and how much it would cost to get fixed?

what engine? wrong room 2 but its possible its the idle control valve, but could be numerous things

speedo is fine, its an 1L engine

most problems with a 12v is down to the air flow meter
or the electric idle control
rev the engine and you should see the idle come out to meet the throttle butterfly and soften the drop off of throttle if it doesnt then it usually stalls

as said before, either idle speed control valve or mass air flow sensor. bets getting an auto electrician to have a look
