This lad owes me some money and i could do with finding out where he lives. I've got the reg of the car and heard that you can find out somehow but im not entirely sure how. Any help would be appreciated.

Theres something u can do with DVLA.. i think

saying its been abanonded on your land or something..

can't remember exactly but its something like that.
