Im guessing being a convertible it will have leather as it was only an option on the saloons & coupe.
FSH....doubtfull on a 94 car with a dizzy female owner id put coin on it not being serviced since it was bought....great bargaining tool though

Convertable won't be an issue. Its an ex £30k car, not a shoddy Escort XR3i with poppers to hold the roof on....
3.0 is the stroner unit i've heard many times. The 3.2 is stressed, the 3.0 isn't and is much much more reliable and can be driven much harder.
In winter, do what anyone would do when its -3... Turn the heaters on, and the heated seats, mirrors, etc etc.....
If it can be tidied up with a bit of spit n polish, i'd go for it. Best colour by far as well. And esp if its got FSH (BMW?).
Besides, RWD are great fun in the winter.
