If you bulding is close to other offices or workplaces then they can't pick and choose where it blocks, only a certain range. If anyone outside of your offices mobile is blocked then they'll be in the shit.

Everything I've seen so far is that use of a mobile signal jammer is illegal. Owning one is illegal. Might want to speak to your bosses

Just checked with some of the techno-geeks... these are licensed by the gov't so a workplace cannot just start using one...
They are intended for places like GCHQ etc.
