Any ideas on good sites/places to look or stick a cv?

watch if youve got accounts with people like facebook etc. My girlfriends boss was going to offer jobs to 5 different people for a number of possitions they had available. Then she checked facebook, all had accounts and she ended up chucking two of the CV's away of people she was going to offer jobs to.
As above monster is a good place to start.

Thats quite illegal but still, worth limiting your profile just in case! Same with BEBO and mySpace I should imagine...

Monster and fish4jobs you can set alerts. I've got loads of recruitment places on the hunt for aswell. Look for big agencies and go and register with the ones that recruit for the industries you are interested in.

reed or monster are good places to have a look.
get a fully sorted CV and cover letter together and send them off to every company you might like to work for.
make sure it's grammatically perfect, all typed up and professional...
some companies will take people on even when they aren't actively looking, so being pro-active can pay off!!!
don't mention anything negative anywhere on your forms/letters, only talk about the good points...
good luck matey!!
