Doesnt jump out at me for being the same Robin, and to be fair to BMW, their advert was aired at least a week ago.

It is interesting though, that nearly all TV ads for BMW have been corporare ads, promoting BMW as a whole. This is for the individual car, and clearly has their target market for it in the ad.

Dad is looking at getting one of these however.

The 123d has the same torque, as the 135d, just less BHP something like 400nm!

The 1 series coupe looks a bit odd to me though. The boot is nearly as big as the bonnet.

Audi one is far better IMO.

Rear lights on the 1 series are so odd, don't follow anything on the car

You're right, it's the 135i, my mistake.

123d SE Coupe/M Sport Coupe
204bhp
400nm torque
0-62mph 7.0
Top Speed 148mpg
Combined MPG 54.3

135i M Sport Coupe
306bhp
400nm torque
0-62mph 5.3
Top Speed 155mph
Combined MPG 30.7

The fact the 123d packs as much torque as the 135 is pretty impressive imho.

But 306bhp in a 1 series

That is a lovely little car.

I accidentally caught a bit of that the other night (I don't watch adverts) and wondered why the ugly new three series suddenly looked nice.

That would explain.

I think if the new 3 were a woman, it would be that rat faced daughter of Phil Daniels in Eastenders.

If the above were a woman, it would have to be the little cheerleader in Heroes.

Small, and perfectly formed. Quite lovely.
