Get Firefox, install its Video Downloader plugin, get the video.

1 - Find the video in your temp internet files, sort by size, it will then be at the top/bottom whichever way you sort it, save the file as is to your desktop or folder of choice.

2 - go to http://media-convert.com/convert/ and browse to your file, input format will be flash video (.flv) - output format will be video or audio, you choose mate - pretty easy site to use
