an incident happened about 4 months ago,

I go to a gym 2 miles out of town on a weekley basis...

On my way a local lad in his Saxo Vtr is in front...

He overtakes on a blind corner and fly's off... I wait mtil its safe as the car infront is going very slow, I come over brow of hill and he's in hedge...

He claims I pushed him koff road! wanker!

the police want the Following...

MOT
INSURANCE (Both off the saxo which has now been sold and I have a new car)

and my license (I cant find the counter part)

what do I do?

The MOT will show on DVLA computors....im sure they can check that themselves.

Insurance - Phone your insurer ask for a copy of your insurance for that time as the police need to see it

Photo licence should do if they only want to check you have one!

you are legally obliged to produce these or they will take you to court for no insurance, no mot and no D/L, or failure to produce. Just go and explain if you haven't got them and get new ones sent out to you.
