He was probably doing two of my most hated things.

a) fucking rubber necking
b) talking on his phone whilest driving a 10 tonne truck

Slowing down/hanging about as you go past an incident so as you can see whats going off or see whats happened

That is very similar to the incident on Traffic Cops once.

The lorry drive thought he had smashed in the back of an Audi A4 Avant/Estate. Little did he know there was a Peugeot 206 squashed between the middle of him and the Audi

They found out he was totally at fault, because the Peugeot driver had her foot on the brake, and the hot bulb filament had glass embedded in it. That would only happen if the filament was hot also the cab phone was scrolling through names when the police looked in the cab during the incident.

Agreed! I travel to Reading to go to college, its 205mile, shoud take 3.5 hours. Due to people rubber necking most of the time sometimes it takes upto 9 hours, 9 hours driving is annoying.

i read something bout this crash somewhere it said he was punching a number into his phone, the driver of the car died instantly, passenger i think survived,
