Finally got paid today after 5 weeks of shouting at different companies. (Contracting is so much hassle!) Was about £300 less than I thought it should have been so rang round people again and found out they thought I they had me on a tax code for me earning £1500 a week instead of a month! So for the 2 times I've been paid for this job I should get a tax rebate of about £490.
Suppose thats one way for me to have saved for a new TV

...unless it gets corrected in this year, which will probably happen given we are only in month 7...
