get out and do some exercise and get some fresh air.

Or you may just have a bit of a bug and will clear up soon enough.

Should really have a good balanced diet if you're going to the gym, other wise you're wasting your time really.

I take a pack up, that way you aren't tempted to buy something that you shouldn't be eating. People I work with go to the supermarket and buy baguettes, sandwiches and sausage rolls. Plus theres a Macdonalds near by.

Diabetes, anaemia (iron deficiency), lack of sleep (the obvious one ), low testosterone levels, depression... theres loads of things that can cause tiredness so its quite hard to diagnose. I went to the docs about it a few months ago cos even when i was eating incredibly healthily, swimming every day, getting at least 8 hours of sleep and not drinking alcohol or caffeine, I was still tired all the time, and cos theres a history of diabetes in my family i thought i should prob get it checked out just in case but apparently im fine. Wish i knew why im tired all the time!

the doctors recently thought my brother had diabetes for the reason he was always tired. he had some blood tests and they came back with problems, so the doctor asked him to stop having the protein shakes and all the other stuff that goes with it and sent him for another blood test which came back that he was fine. all the things he'd been taking to bulk up were messing his blood up.

Id suggest taking a multivitamin tablet every day. I advised Brett to and he said he felt alot better after a week or so, infact his exact words were "i feel like a new man"

I had this problem but got checked out and blood tests didn't come back with anything. I researched it a bit and found that if you set your alarm a bit earlier in the morning, giving yourself a bit more time to wake up, have breakfast etc before going to work then it can help. I did this and it really did make a difference. I wake up at 7 now, get out of bed at 7.30 then get ready for work as opposed to waking at 7.30, getting up and rushing out the door. Sounds nonsense but it worked for me.
