Hi Guys,
Just wondering if any of you knew what sorta power these motors could put out with some engine 'tweeks' and what kind of mods would they be needed to do so? Forgetting about the cost

I think tuners like fensport usually transport something like a ST205 celica GT4 engine.
Not seen many highly tuned 1.8VVti although i know toyota do an official turbo kit for the 140VVti so assuming there is one for the 190.
Cant remember price but it included everything you needed including management but was in region of 5k.
oh one of my m8s rolled one at 100mph and walked away without a scratch so i guess they have a good NCAP rating

Knew a guy who had one, not sure if it was the 140 or 190 but I hated it personally. Noisy and not particularly quick even when he was giving it death and trying to be quick.......that said the guy was a nob so I probably hated it as I hated him
