So i fitted my brand new 60mm nova gmax shocks and springs. Did the front first and they looked the dogs bollocks. got round to doing the back, drivers side went on prefect and then came to the passengers side. the bolt got cross threaded and then wouldn;t go on properly and got totally effed. the bolt went on a fair way tho so i decided to just see if it stays in.
It stayed in for a good 4 hours of fun and then the rears take this big bump and BANG TING TING the bolt is ripped off the shock and the piston rod comes out of the hole and into the top of the arch. I was about 5 miles from home and managed to get it back in the hole and drive home at like 10mph.
It was so much fun while it lasted tho.
Just going to put one of the old rear shocks on while im on the phone to gmax to send me a new one.
