The local nutcase down the street but an advert in the paper for 100 lighters for £5.

Everytime someone paid him £5 he sent them a box of matches quite clever actually.

I think that was on an episode of the real hustle a few weeks back, they were selling model aeroplanes as well for 30 quid a time n when the people were asked to open the box they found a piece of A4 paper and an instruction sheet on how to make a paper plane pmsl, made just under £500 as well
