Author story of the new work kettle - UPDATE

the last kettle broke, so some 1 got a new 1 from tesco, noticed it didnt have a base with it so put it on the old kettle base, its now been in the building for 3 hours, ive just read the sticker on top of the kettle that says the base is packed in side, low and behlod i lift the lid and the base is still sat in the kettle with boiling water, dont think thats gonna work again seeing as its been boiled about 4 times since PMSL

some of the people i work with are dum as fuck

Some bright spark decided to plug the base in this morning, and knocked all the electric off, and a noticable smell of burning, the base was still wet inside, i told them to leave it in the box yesterday because there is a very good chance its gonna be fucked

no offence mate, but you didnt notice it either, some peolpe fill the kettle through the spout so dont take the lid off!!

2bh i didnt notice it or anything because it was the 1st time i had used it, the kettle was already warm, i went to open the lid, noticed the sticker and found the base, sorry to piss on you parade or anything
