If i haven't got a paypal account, i cant make a payapal 'card purchase' can i?
Im currently on hold to the bank (20 mins so far thank you very much f*cking Barclays!).
£17.50 has gone out of my account today to 'PAYPAL *SHOP4GAMIN' and then it gives a reference number. the guy said the purchase was made sunday night, but paypal didnt take the money until today.
So back to original question, you need a paypal account for a paypal transaction to be made?

i think you can make a one off payment yes
and also, the website you bought it off/or didnt if thats the case, could be set up to use paypal

I didn't use my card on sunday though, and after nearly 30 mins on the phone to Barcalys, they've told me to phone paypal
