Been thinking about getting into shape for the passed couple of weeks, but to be honest I finish work quite late and have a demanding girlfriend to attend to :-/
Was thinking about buying one of them home qym systems, does anyone know of any good ones that are relatively cheap. On quite a tight budget. Also some tips about diets etc and suppliments would be greatly appreciated.
Im 13 stone atm, not over weight as I play alot of rugby but to be honest could do with some definition.

Join a gym. You're just going to make yourself feel better by buying the equipment. In reality, you probably won't use it after a few weeks.

man speaks the truth.
I used to do 45min cardio in the morning at 6am at home, it got to the point where i would just sleep through and not bother. So now i wake at 6.30am and drive to the gym (which is 25min drive but 1min from work) and go there before work, then go again at lunchtime for my weights
