I think they do as my mums rover 45 alloys are pcd 4x100 and et45

rover 25/45/200/400 is 56.1
corsa is 56.6

some spiggot rings will sort that out

i think you will need to make the hole bigger in the wheel as corsa bore is bigger

Well 0.5mm on the diameter also shouldn't affect any strength in the wheel either
