drink lots of hot drinks, rest alot and try olbas oil when going to bed. Did the trick for me

smoking does kill yes. it also saves more lives than it kills
im drinking a lot of strong tea, ive only managed 4 joints today so i must be quite ill. might go see if the shop at the garage sells any soup or something like that. its affecting my ears, nose, throat, eyes, coughing phelgm a lot, headaches and generally feeling tired. luckily a saturday at work is only a half day so i managed ok, but i best get better for monday as i dont do sick days from work. i havent been off ill since march last year when i physically couldnt work for having a slipped disc in my back.
ive got the heating on and 2 covers on the bed, i shall go and watch some more films just watched ide hard 4.0 again, might watch that new jet li film war next.
