well, for a start we don't know anything about the case, for all we know the white could have been calling the black guy every racist name under the sun, which may or may not hint at it being a racial attack

 i'm not saying it did happen nath, just a scenario. for all we know it was a genuine racial attack, no way of knowing for sure

No that would just be someone getting mugged. The kid was no doubt stabbed because he was selling drugs on someone elses ground.
