I remeber seeing pics of Icy's car when he had done this and I really wanted to do it to mine. Found out though that the pictures make it look alot better than it is in the flesh, as it doesn't actually fit very well, and seems to be the wrong shape for the hole with gaps underneath and stuff .

Looks better than the standard "T-bar", but I always wanted to get creative with some thin strip steel, a bit of mesh, a flame torch and some silver solder/ the stuff you use to braze with. .

If your happy with it though, then that's all that matters

yea i think it lokks really nice im just surprised with how easy the tbar is to remove some company hasnt made a pre97 specific grill.

Anything's easy to remove with a hacksaw .

Kamei (i think) actually made one for a while, but it was really expensive -£150ish IIRC, and at the time the corsa "scene" wasn't particularly big. Presuambly they broke the mould for it though, otherwise they'd be knocking them out again now .
