I dont think so no, as they will usually complain about sharp edges etc..

i drove from birmingham to ayrshire with no front bumper

didnt get stopped but think its to do with the fact the bonnet was all bashed aswell and you could tell it had been in a bump

or i was just lucky

Maltese road laws are practically a copy UK laws and we cannot drive without them. so i'd imagine that even in the UK you can't.

Just say some pikey stole them both. Even better. Ring a local police station and report they've been stolen. Get a crime reference number, that way if you get pulled they cant do bugger all as its been reported and you needed to get your car home

Cars not legal as there are sharp edges. You'd probably get a producer or have to get an MOT done to prove that repair works had been done to the car it legal again...

Drove from Hemel to Chatham in Kent and back ( about 120 miles) without a bumper on my old kitted corsa and even passed a police car on the M25 and didn't get pulled.
