Quick question.

When they undertake a credit search for loans etc, do they take into account the other people that live at the address?

e.g. My brother has shit credit and misses payments all the time, would he affect myn?

As my own bank will not give a loan and they say this might be a reason? Credit report is clean no missed payments etc.

surprised your own bank wouldnt then, as they are normally more willing to lend to loyal customers.

propertys being 'blacklisted' is an urban myth tbh.

Tiesto, pay and have the full experian check done it gets broken down into a comprehensive report then you can draw conclusion from that.

Oh well went to Alliance & Leicester and they offered me 6.3% APR.

Avoid Lloyds they have been cocking me about for ages.

I can afford the repayments and its the only time in my life where i will be able to afford the car i want - and my job is secure with good prospects

the may approve the loan and then after further checks withdraw it from you due to your brothers rating (house rating)

my ex girlfriend cant get a loan because her mum has a bad rating, hers is perfect, but wont because she lives at the same address as her mum
