Mine doesn't need doing, but have a feeling it will within the next 10k miles or so, so want to get budgeting before I start Uni on Monday etc.
So how much does a new clutch cost on a 12v roughly? We are talking in dependent garage here, not Vauxhall themselves.
Also, how long does it roughly take so I know if I'll lose my car for Uni one day!?
Cheers

you will definetly loose youre car for a day or maybe two depending if you get the garage to order the parts before you take it in.
i think it takes 6 hours well thats how much time the technician will get paid for not 100% sure on that though, it might be different for different size of engines but normally it would take around 4 hours to do the work

As Warren said, its a pretty straight forward job. 3-4 hours labour.
