Finally got the gsi engine sorted today, finished torquing the bottom end and put the sump on (need another if anyone has one, u2u me). The the head went on and was torqued down, clipped all wires and pipes on. Then came to cam belt. Couldnt get tensioner bolt undone so had to weld a 3/4" nut on to undo it  Got that sorted, timed up and started yay! no smoke! Just got to take it easy now as got new piston rings and valve stem seals in 
Spray the bumper tomorrow and maybe the spoiler if i get time. Then give it a good clean
