my car has done 56k at the mo, i need new clocks! if i buy clocks with say 70k on them could i change them back to my 56k? is it easy to do?

you have to dismantle the clocks but take the speedo out the unit.then as you take the back off you have to ease the digits round.be careful though as you may have them sitting abit wonkywith the end result
