Interesting driving on 3 wheels with very little brakes..

Luckily no other damage, got it to the garage, £500 to fix!

Bolts were tight, the bearing went apparently then when it all fell apart, my brake fluid pissed everywhere..

No damage to the car other than wheel stuff, he mentioned bearing, shoes (both sides) stub axle, some nut, brake fluid and some other bits

Did you not hear the bearing humming before it went?
Or did it just collapse instantly?

My car did that when I first got it. The wheel stayed on just about, but i was doing 60 at the time on a long slight bend

this happened to a mate, changed his mk2 golf to vr6 5 stud hubs... driving down the motorway and then suddenly his wheel overtook him

it end up bout 1/4 mile down a big field had to rescue it through the mud
