its better for deep diving, something to do with how oxygen compresses i think

No it doesnt Kurt.

It allows you to stay down longer by removing the amount of nitrogen in the air you breath and replacing it with oxygen.

fair enough, i know naff all about diving lol, thought someone had told me that once

do they use helium sometimes? am i thinking of that?

yeah to do deep deep dives you use a mix of different gases... sometimes Oxygen and helium which is called Heliox.

Everyone should do diving at one point in their lives.... its awesome

I went diving in fiji at christmas mate.

Its fucking amazing.. better than the great barrier reef if you ask me.

Im going back soon.. cant wait water temp was 30c no wet suit needed. yeah amazing

Air fills vary on type of air.

Normally for clean air its bout £5 for 10ltr or £7 for Nitrox air fill.

Worth it tho tbh!
