Not been on here for a long time. So thought i would poke my head through the door

So... Whats the latest ?

Beardy finished the twin engined beasty yet ??

I still have the Bus.. saving hard to move out with my girlie. (well not saving hard enough otherwise i would have moved out by now lol )
Still going clubbing up town lots. Always a blast that !!

Not really been in touch with anyone from here for a while, as work is just manic lately (im at work right now) but its going very well and i have just had a pay rise and new position, so im a happy bunny.

So crap that i have missed all the shows this year. Really wanted to make it to Trax today but had to work this weekend cos i have the next few weekends off. Going to UFC next weekend at the O2 Arena in London. Should be all good in da hood

Still hitting the gym HARD.. Lost shed loads of weight now and starting to get pretty toned/buff.. Just got my order through for 3 tubs of Maximuscle's Cyclone !! So should see some gains in the coming weeks.

Hope the banter is still rich and creamy on here.

Bus is going strong. have racked up quite a few miles in a little time. Looking to PX it early next year.. something a little more "fun"
