just wondering does a corsa 2ltr 16v turbo have enough downforce to get traction or does it just spin all the time??

depends how much bhp you have, ask muppetsport  
it depends how you drive it i guess, if your a chav and just stick your foot down on the accelorater (sp) then of course it's just going to spin up.

its down to wheel size, power, tyres, surface.. downforce isnt going to come into when pulling off

depend on tyre's too...
and if you use throttle control, you wont wheel spin

id assume that its pretty poor if you just drive it like a regular car dumping the clutch, as said its all about feeding the power in.
obviously not as bad but i learnt how to get the best out of my old XE corsa

no traction at all totally pointless you just spin in every gear 1st thru 5th totally crap*
This would be the general opinion of many people all who have never driven/owned one.
Youll find as steve mentioned traction control is called your right foot and they are perfectly driveable with a good suspension wheel and tyre setup

yeah, averages between 8.6 to 8.8 0-100. considering it gets to 60 probably in around 5 seconds, shows the acceleration once its gripping in 2nd is pretty good.
