You used to be able to do simple reg plate checks on the RAC site which gave basic model details, but also number of owners and last change of owner. Is this still available?

i think you can still do the basic checks

Vehicle Make, Model, CC, Year of Manufacture

Gotta pay for the rest now though - i think
