Right, got some rust on my slam panel, all just surface rust. What would be the best way to paint it up?

Rub down, primer, paint then lacquer?

Or use some galvanizing paint, to prevent rust, then normal paint?

rub down, use some kurust or something similar. then prime, paint and lacquer.

try and get metal primer.
