Been working hard on the mini this weekend getting it ready to sell. Had a few minor swirls and scratches on the paintwork and I have been looking at the best way to treat these.
Decided to buy a 240v polisher from halfords, clay bar, colour magic black polish and some meguires wax. After a big clean several coats of polish yesterday and today, the paintwork is pretty much back to perfect. Im well impressed with turtlewax colour magic polish - the scratches just dissapear - the polisher looks to be a good investment as well.
All I need to do now is to borrow a mates camera to take some advertisement photos- my camera is pap.

cheers hopefully a few others agree with you and will give me some dollars for it -- got a month to get it advertised and sold or the renault dealer will be getting his evil way with it - and I will be a couple of grand down

about 5 hours saturday - jet washed, hand washed, dryed, major clean on the alloy wheels - took at least a couple of hours to get the white wheels as good as I possibly could- colour magic, waxed.
Then today I gave it another hand wash, dryed, several coats of colour magic, then several coats of wax.
Going to crack on with the interior tomorrow and tuesday- then start advertising it wednesday.
