He topped the cool list in 2004 for a few reasons;

1. It wasn't widely known he was a drug user

2. It was mega cool to like indie bands and everyone was looking for the new Oasis at the time.

and the most important 3. He was riding a certain Carl Barat's tail.

Run the tail of a rope through a fixed loop on the end of the same rope, spliced or knotted both good.

[for the courts] Don't use it to kill yourself, i'm sure you could learn to love Mika and the Scissor Sisters for what they are [for the courts]
