is the millenium dome not enclosed aswell  so smoking in an enclosed public area and smoking in an arena yet they get let off because they are ''celebs''

They were on the stage though, which is about 8 feet above everyone else, so there is no way at all the smoke would get into the crowd...

but if someone on stage smokes then why can't someone in the crowd smoke?

My point is that murder/stabbing is worse than smoking  not that Ronnie and Mick smoking is the end of the world.
Obviously I'm wrong and Channel 4 are right, it was more important.
