Bought and paid for a set of speedlines off ebay the other week back,fine.waited a couple days and heard nuthin from the guy so contacted him through ebay.said there was a problem and the centre caps had been stolen,he had 2 to replace them but was still 2 short.so i said post them out and you can refund some money for the cost of me gettin new ones.this was 2 weeks yesterday i clicked buy it now on the auction and still haven't arrived after being told they were sent out by courier the friday just passed.the boy who i bought them from is called matty bailey from winsford,cheshire,anyone know him or got any advice?  sorry bout the essay

best bet is try and get in touch with him for an update, If you dont get any response from him, report the incident to ebay

i have tried emailing him a couple times mate since friday and he has made no effort to reply.just been dodgy all the way through the process.and it says on ebay that i am only entitled to the amount it states on the listing back as buyer protection through paypal which it said was £150,even though i paid £330 for them including postage

nah i have nothing besides the usename for ebay and the fact that someone is registered on what was novaload with the same username,besides that i have nothing  really dont know what to do

Surely if you paid £330 for them through ebay and have paypal backup to proove this you will receive that back? I had a non-giving seller and I received the full amount back

yeh,depends on theyre amount of feedback apparently though.i read somehwere in the ebay help section that you can only get back what is stated in the green box at the top of the listing and on the listing it said up to £150 buyer protection cover so i can only get up to 150 quid back apparently

i have filed a complaint this morning and left negative feedback so shall wait n see what happens.do i need to ask ebay for his address or is it just a case of clickin somewhere?

will be alot harder to find out information on him now you have left negative feedback, as i was in the same situation and ebay told me as soon as i left feedback i would not be able to get details or use them for help,
meaning i lost 150 quid

cheers guys.batmanman im game for a cheshire cruise  he finally got back to me sayin that the courier came to pick them up yesterday instead of friday of last week.and he's sayin that my paypal transaction took 6 days to clear,makin it out to be my fault that its taken soo long,even though my paypal account is sayin that it cleared the same date it was paid on.anyway apprently dhl picked them up yesterday and they should be with me tommorow or friday at latest

paypal is instant isnt it? then just takes about 3 days from his paypal account to bank so its his fault if it took 6

no idea mate,according to my paypal account the money was paid on the 6th august and cleared the 6th of august aswell,so yeh that shows how long ive been waitin aswell,since the 6th of august n its now the 22nd lol
