thats what iv just spent 2/3 hours doing only done the one and i have learnt some valuable lessons i feel.
1. NEVER EVER do it again
2. leave it to people who know what they are doing.
3. never do it again
4. oh did i mention never do it again.
anywho, im now on the look out for some black door cards (if they excist) so u2u me if you have some please.

have you tried to cover it in vinyl?
did coat behind it in glue?

Thing with leather is it's too stiff to get the shape correctly. Better off with vinyl which you can heat up, or stretchy fabric like the stuff I used. If you look at most leather retrims you'll see seams where it's been cut and sewn into shape.
You also need to use a ton of glue to get it all stuck firmly.

i think uve done a pretty good job there mate, i found the right hand side the hardest bit to do, due to the deep curve on the arm rest, i did mine with a black suede n turned out crappy

I've had a go at stuff like this in the past. Would never attempt a door card! Too many curves and bumps to strech the material over.
