clearly a stolen car. and wtf will burning the log book do they will have it on record if it is actually yours so they will trace you and you will be billed for recovery and any damage. but looks stolen to me

ITS NOT A STOLEN CAR AT ALL !!!! AND THE CAR IS NOT IN MY NAME HAS NEVER BEEN AND NEVER WOULD HAVE BEEN, ITS STILL IN THE OLD OWNERS NAME AKA THE WHOLE POINT IN GETTIN RID OV THE LOG BOOK !!

you wouldnt have the log book you would have the new keeper slip as its the old owners responsibility to post it off so he still has proof it wasnt him. who crashed it. he will also have all your details but if you did actually own the car or a car you would know this
