Hey,
Jesus. Christ. I bought 4 mudflaps yesterday. The back ones went on in 5 minutes at the very most but I couldn't get the front ones on in 2 hours.
Has anyone fitted these? how the crap to they go on!?
(i looked at the diagram, not much help... thanks vauxhall!)

nah, no skirts. its the 2 clips at the back with the screws in i can't do. I cut those holes in but theyre still not going in. :S

they have a wierd plastic pin in the arch liner, push that out then push it back in with the flap in place

Yeah i found that, I pushed the old one out and i put the new one in but its the clips towards the top of the thing iv got the trouble with.
How the hell they work is boyond me. :S

Open the clamp as much as you can and twat it until it slides over the arch is how i did it Then just tighten it up
IIRC the top on only just lightly fits onto the arch which is why i recall doing them as tight as possible

i used self-taping screws, 4 of them, its not budged and they scrub on most speedbumps

The clips got worn quite early on mine.
Used self tappers to cure the problem

ok, heres what I did.

I clamped the top ones on each flap to the arch directly by cutting the holes like it said in the intructions.
On the bottom ones though it wouldnt fit so i fucked it off and just clamped them right onto the arch... (they both feel firm.... ) ahem.
You think i get some self-tapping screws?

Good for next time the work experiance lad gets sent on an erond. Then you can just pretend you accidently left the S off and its not your fault
