been at gym today and iv pulled my back/shoulder, bloody hurts now, wa doing free weights sat down when i picked up the weight i heard my back crack never though anything of it now im in agony its roughly where shoulder blade is feels like i need to pop it back in lol...any body had this?

i wamr up on treadmill for 15-20 mins then do all the streatching (spellin) whichj is what i dont understand, 1st time in 4 year this has happened and iv done nothing diff...

Maybe you over did it stretching. A lot of people make the mistake of stretching before warming up properly and end up pulling muscles. You're best off doing a few reps with a lighter weight before lifting the weight for the work out.

Not really lol! I wouldn't visit the gym for a few weeks though!
I pulled my back a few months ago leaning down to pick something up too fast! I took it easy for a few weeks. Can't really do a lot but rest.

booo, ah well gives me couple of weeks to do light things to car then, although washing it is hard work hmm give it a miss then haha, cheers
