Right, basically looking for the pro's and con's of buying one. Are these reliable enough to use for daily use. Heard they wheelspin in corners and are a nightmare in the wet. Bit of a stupid question really but what is the rough mpg?

as above, make sure thiers plenty of history when buying one, But yes they are reliable enough for every day, i used my 2.0 on throttle bodies daily for over a year. They are fine in the wet and in corners, only a handful if your a shite driver with a heavy right foot who thinks a corsa will handle like a lotus....

I'd rather build one or get someone to build one for you than buy one already done. Then you know whats what with it instead of possibly getting one thats been bodged together

ive got one for sale. (not trying to get you to buy it btw, jus letting you know lol)
the wheelspin in first n second just like most other cars if you want them too. if you can control a clutch it wont wheelspin - simple as.
they are fine in the wet tbh. I get plenty of fuel economy in mine.

Great and annoying at the same time.
Plenty of power when you need it but, because of the age of the engine, most will need to be looked at thoroughly and maintained.
