i remember when i was 17 and drove like a nob crashed my first car on a roundabout then lost control in my second car, then got done for speeding then had a nasty accident.

i have now got a pinned leg, 6 points and a clame against me.

the reason i lost my first car was dude to not driving in the rain before ( passed my test in the summer) and i didnt now how different it would be. all done to lack off experiance really.

experiance is what young drivers need like pass plus and AIM etc. no matter what car you are in there gunna still be able to speed init. young drivers just lack experiance in corners and looking ahead and focusing on driving insted off ther mates or the music.

These ideas and limitations are comign and going all the time but they wont make any difference IMO.
