As above basically..

Easiest way to remove them?

Mine are peeling slightly and looks like its bringing abit of paint with them

IIRC u can heat them using a hair dryer and then pass a thread (preferably nylon) from behind them. then remove glue and other sticky stuff with white spirit / surgical spirit

My stepdads a fisherman.. thin fishin line do the trick?

Although my mums got Nylon somewhere..

And will white spirit do any damage 2 the pain etc?

i was told by the french polisher at my work, who sprays car bits on the side, that s20 thinners is the best to remove the glue as it wont damage the paint
