I'm worried about my handshake tbh, so hard to get the right balance i'm always worried of gripping too firmly

I got the job. i'm now a 'customer support' person working for the car phone warehouse dealing with o2 customer queries May not be an amazing job but it's a full-time gap job until i go on to teacher training next year. Oh and it's a lot more ££££'s than my current job. I'll be over £950 a month better off than i am now (ASDA never paid too well)
