How long should it take to get your license back after a speeding ticket

Its been over 3 weeks now, is that normal

I've moved house aswell, so I cant be bothered going to the old house to collect post, and it isnt there

If it's the same as anything else with the DVLA I would have guessed it can be up to 6 weeks

when sending your licence off to get a fresh as in when your points have been removed do they charge you for this?

thats a fine from dvla if you dont inform them off a change in adress
