sweating more doesnt equal weight loss any way, unless you meen short term weight loss the only weight loss you get from sweating is the loss of liquid and salts ect that reside in the sweat, once you rehydrate again you go back to the same weight.

really only affective for fighters trying to cut down for weight in.

and er i sometimes used to wear my hat, only to keep the hair out my face when i had forgotten a hair band or something, its quite uncomfartable i thought.

Nah, one lad that goes to my gym, wears a hat all the time. Keeps himself to himself too, bit random.

Couldn't do it myself, I can't cover my head when doing anything exercise. Wore a hat when I played football the other day, was a nightmare, plus the hat got ruined.

A few wear them in my gym. I get even more people wearing vests and woolly hats, some even wear hoodies up. Asians.

When i used to train there were people coming into the gym with work jeans, rigger boots and a vest top..

I never understood why at first.. but then i worked it out! they ONLY like to train their arms and chest wimps
