the strike is going on over the next 8 days different departments at different times eg drivers/collections today. postmen saturday and again on thursday

because they get shit pay most probably, just like everyone else kicks up a fuss when their daily newspaper's are not in stock at the corner shop or when there are delays on the trains

they are cunts though, should at least give it a while before doing another strike, they had one only a little while back postamn pat you cunt

The strike isn't about the money, its to do with changing how we work! They want us to start 2hrs later(so you get your post 2hrs later), have bigger rounds, take 6 loads of leaflets a week(which means going to every house every day), and theres quite a few other changes aswell. I personnally don't like striking because we lose a days pay and the day after the strike we have to take 2 days worth of post! Its Royal Mail management that have made us strike by being awkard Bastards!

Stupid thing is, loads of businesses (the ones that Royal Mail actually make money off) will be looking into alternative methods of sending mail now other companies are able to deliver it. The unions could well end up putting all their members out of jobs............


...........perhaps they'll all enjoy more days off I suppose
